User Roles

User Roles is the screen where you assign the Form Roles you created to individual users. Assuming you clicked “Save” after creating your Form Roles, they will show up on the list under the Role column.
User Roles is also where you assign Form Admin rights to users. When a user is a Form Admin, they are allowed to edit the form in the eForm Editor pages. They are also able to create eForms when they are in a “Testing” status on the Form Master page. Being a Form Admin does NOT automatically give the user access to eForm instances. Rules set on the Form Master page control the visibility to eForm instances.
